$2.1 Million Settlement Client was riding his motorcycle and was cut off by a car that failed to yield the right of way, causing the client to collide with the car before becoming airborne. Client suffered severe fractures of both wrists, shoulder and knee, requiring surgical repair with hardware fixation of all of the fractures.

$850,000 Settlement Client was a railroad Third Railman who was struck in the mouth by a metal object that was cut off of the railroad track by a gas-powered saw operated by a co-worker. Client suffered a fractured jaw, loss of four teeth, a severe facial laceration and nerve damage.
